Pine Acres Lodge is the anti-timeshare of timeshare properties. There are no “90 minute” presentations or “hard sell” tactics. Only a small percentage of units are available for resale as existing owners use, trade or rent their weeks with regularity and ease. The property is well maintained, efficiently run and has more than adequate financial reserves. Operating expenses are kept to a minimum because the homeowners and the association’s governing board of directors are responsible for the operations rather than a large and often unresponsive and expensive management firm.
